Our Director

My name is Dorit Kadouri, and I have over 38 years of experience in early childhood education. I am eager to embrace this new opportunity and contribute to the continued growth of our school community. 

Bet Shira holds a very special place in my heart, as I had the privilege of taking part in its reopening and helping to build the preschool from the ground up six years ago. I truly have wonderful memories from those early days, and it brings me great joy to return and be part of this next chapter.

My top priorities are getting to know your child, building meaningful connections with you, and supporting our dedicated staff. My vision is to ensure a smooth and nurturing transition for our students—where every child feels loved, respected, and safe.
Together with our passionate team, we will create a thoughtfully planned and stimulating environment that fosters the development of essential skills, attitudes, habits, and ideas—laying the foundation for a lifetime of creative thinking and learning.
